Losing a
job is an unfortunate incident, for anyone in this
globe. On the contrary, we may say this is a process. The
Process of some actions, which knowingly or unknowingly performed by us. So
let’s start exploring this event and try to understand.
There may be
some other factors stimulating in mind, but to the best of my
knowledge, one or more of the below-mentioned points can be considered as a
reason for job loss. We must have a clear understanding, and act accordingly.
- Company’s performance in the last few financial
year.
- Company debt.
- Company policy.
- Personal planning for economic
crisis.
- Individual performance and adaptability.
- Adaptability towards the company’s culture.
- Aligning towards management directives.
- Appreciate others for their achievements.
- Clarity about responsibility and deliver accordingly, within time.
- Subject clarity with meaningful representation
- Self-motivation towards the role and responsibility
