Job lost is an accident or a process: Continuation...(Part-VII)
Appreciate others for their
achievements.
Again, I am just dragging the
above example to explain the point. When one of the team members has
asked to rest of their team about swimming lessons, most of the team
members have ignored him. But is it a proper behavior? The
answer is no, not at all. People should appreciate their team member for their
willingness, no matter how much experience that person has. By
appreciating each other we can enhance our team strength and moral both.
Clarity about responsibility
and deliver accordingly, within time.
What is responsibility? It is the
ability to respond. So ability to respond to a particular
situation can be different from person to person.
Let’s us take above
mentioned example and understand, in that given context the senior
most person have two choices, either rowing or to
take a rest to preserve energy for swimming. Other persons know how
to row. The person (rescued) having no choice at all. But still the person
willing to learn rowing, to act in this situation.
Now what we have understood? At the end
of the story that everybody have responded with full of their capability, and
survive.
So, we can tell. Responsibility is a
very tricky word, you need to break it and respond to any situation as per our
ability.
