Job lost is an accident or a process: Continuation...(Part-V)

Individual performance and adaptability.

                    Now consider a different scenario with small boat instead of the big ship, confused! Yes,     believe me it would help us to understand the fact easily.

  Let’s have an explanation,

                  Suppose in a small boat, we are 3-4 person in the middle of a river. And all of the sudden a big storm has hit our boat. We all want to survive from this storm. Only one person who is the senior most in the team knows both rowing and swimming. The first person declared that as he knows swimming so he does not take part in rowing. Because he want to save his energy, for swimming. In other hand the person, who has saved by our team few minutes back respond differently. He doesn’t know rowing, but he wants to learn it and join the team immediately. Now decide who is most suitable for a team.

            Now look the scenario from a different perspective. Now the first person boosting up the teams moral by saying that, we will start to learn swimming, immediately after storm get over. But now, we need to focus on rowing for our survival (And take the charge).
