Job lost is an accident or a process: Continuation...(Part-IV)

Company policy:

                     There is nothing to say much, you as an employer must read all your company policies and understand it in a proper way.

Personal planning for economic crisis.

                      I must say, though it is not a direct reason for job loss, but it has an indirect effect.

                     Let’s assume we have done the all necessary studies before boarding the ship. We have started and enjoying our journey. But we have forgotten to check what control measure we should have for safety. Remember, TITANIC was the most advanced ship at that period of time, was sunk.

          So, we all need to set our own financial goal and adherence accordingly, as a life jacket.
